These are the terms for using SoloPlus.ai. Using the site means you accept them. They are short deliberately.
What this is
SoloPlus.ai is a community and a learning resource for people building products — a board of your own work moving through four stages, and other people's boards to learn from. It is early-stage software, built in the open, and it changes often.
Your account
You need an account to use anything beyond the public pages. Keep it to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under it. Give us a real email address, because it is how we would reach you about your account. One account per person.
What you share here
Your work stays yours. Everything you add — products, lessons, videos, documents — belongs to you. By putting it here you give us permission to store it and to show it to exactly the people your visibility setting allows, which is what makes the site work at all. Nothing more: we do not use your material to promote the site, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
You are responsible for having the right to share what you share, and for remembering that a product set to Public can be read by anyone with the link, signed in or not.
What not to do
Don't upload anything unlawful, anything that isn't yours to share, malware, or material designed to harass somebody. Don't try to reach other members' private boards, and don't use the site to send people spam. We can remove material or close an account that does these things.
What we promise, and what we don't
We will look after your work as carefully as we can. What we cannot promise is that the site will always be available, that it will never lose anything, or that it will stay the same shape — it is early software run by one person. Keep your own copies of anything you would be upset to lose. The site is provided as it is, without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from using it.
Money
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of everything, with no card needed. After that, membership is $29 a month or $290 a year. The first 100 people to pay for a plan get the founding price — $9 a month or $90 a year — for as long as their subscription continues; starting the trial doesn't hold a place. While founding places remain, only the founding price is offered. If a founding member cancels and comes back later, they pay the price on offer then. Prices are plus tax where applicable: any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which is the seller and merchant of record for every purchase: you buy from Polar, it charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. We never see or store your card.
A plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel, or switch between monthly and yearly, on Your plan. A switch takes effect at your next renewal, and nothing is charged when you make it. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see your board, but not add to it. Nothing you put here is deleted because a plan ended. If something about a charge looks wrong, email inbar@soloplus.ai and we'll put it right.
Leaving
You can stop using the site whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing inbar@soloplus.ai. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
These terms will change as the site does. The date at the top says when they last did.
